this is a high quality product ment for heavy incontinence. These have the best fit and functionality of any adult diapers I've tried and are the most practical solution for someone dealing with total incontinence. Also, reasonably priced for what you get.

A little thin but effective for day time ise

Absorbent

The medium Better Dry diapers are very absorbent. I have had fewer leaks but they do “ride a little low” on my son. Another inch and they’d be perfect.

These Do the Job

We have used the same well-known brand on our son for years. We have been unhappy with them for a while, and they just got thinner (less material) Someone suggested we try Better Dry, so we gave them a try. We couldn't be more pleased. They are keeping his pajamas and bedding dry. Thank you Better Dry.

Works great for overnight protection

They aren't lasting as long as they used to. A couple of years ago they lasted 6 hours now they only last 3 hours. I don't blame BetterDry, my body has changed. BetterDry is still leak proof but only for 3 hours.
